Our production process begins with superior sponge titanium, which is compressed into electrodes, expertly welded, and subjected to triple VAR melting. The process continues with precise machining, forging billets, and rigorous UT testing. Our billets are rolled, straightened online, and processed with centerless lathes. Subsequent steps include additional UT testing, rolling, metallographic inspection, wire drawing, precision straightening, and heat treatment. Each wire undergoes mechanical and microstructure testing, followed by centerless grinding, eddy current testing, polishing, meticulous visual, and dimension inspection, resulting in a product that is marked, packaged, and ready for delivery.
