Product Description

Product Description

Cobalt Chromium Molybdenum Casting Description:
Cobalt-chromium molybdenum artificial joint castings are produced by investment casting techniques. Investment casting is also known as "lost wax casting". Wax is injected into a metal(usually aluminum) mold to form a wax pattern. The pattern can also be produced by 3D printing from resin. This can create high-quality surface and high dimensional accuracy for complex-structured products which requires minimal machining and welding.

Cobalt-chromium molybdenum Knee Castings are a high-performance medical alloy material for knee replacement. The casting consists of three metal elements, cobalt, chromium and molybdenum. It is made through a precision casting process to ensure its excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility, which can effectively replace the natural knee joint and restore the patient's mobility.
