Bokang Titanium provides premium industrial-grade titanium discs and plates, available in round and square shapes, to meet diverse application needs. Manufactured with high-purity titanium and titanium alloys, our products offer exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability, making them ideal for aerospace, chemical processing, marine engineering, and industrial manufacturing.
With a full process production line including melting, all titanium discs can be customized and Bokang is certified to ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for medical use, and our products comply with ASTM, ISO, AMS, ASM, JIS, DIN and other standards.
Titanium Disc Features:
Superior Corrosion Resistance - Withstands harsh environments, including acids, alkalis, and saltwater
High Strength-to-Weight Ratio - Stronger than steel but significantly lighter, reducing structural load
Excellent Heat Resistance - Retains mechanical properties even under extreme temperatures
Precision Machining - Tight tolerances and smooth surfaces for seamless fabrication
Customizable Options - Available in pure titanium (Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4) and titanium alloys (Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr23)
ISO & ASTM Certified - Compliant with ASTM B265, ASTM B348, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards
Titanium Disc Production Process:
Sponge Titanium→Compacting Electrodes→Electrode Welding→Triple VAR Melting→Machining→Forging Billet→CNC Milling Machine(Square Titanium Disc)/CNC Lathe(Round Titanium Disc)→Product Marking→Packaging→Warehouse→Delivery
