Product Description

Product Description

Bokang Titanium's selection of Titanium Sheet Plates is illustrated below. Titanium sheet plates are used in aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, and oil and gas applications due to their unique combination of high strength, lightweight, corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, and higher temperature performance. They are available in thicknesses from .016" (4.749mm) to 4" (101.6mm).

AVAILABLE SIZES:
titanium sheet is .016″(0.4064mm) up to .187″(4.749mm) thick
titanium plate is .250″(6.35mm) up to 4″ (101.6mm) thick

Titanium Sheet & Plate
Titanium sheets and plates are commonly used in manufacturing today, with the most popular grades being 2 and 5.

Grade 2 Titanium
Grade 2 is the commercially pure titanium used in most of chemical processing plants and is cold-formable. Grade 2 plates and sheets can have ultimate tensile strength at and above 40,000 psi.

Grade 5 Titanium
Grade 5 is the aerospace grade and is not cold-formable, so it is used more often when no forming is needed. Grade 5 aerospace alloy will have ultimate tensile strength at and above 120,000 psi.

Plate is often used with the goal to get really close to the final dimensions of the part being made. The material is worked to the closest size of the desired part and the grain structure of the finished piece is more homogenous. Titanium sheet is often used as a heat barrier because titanium stops the heat and does not transfer to the rest of the assembly. Titanium plate and sheet have ballistic properties making it great for driver protection in racing.

FAQ

Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?
A: We're a manufacturer with more than 18 years of professional production experience.

Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Usually, our sample is free but we need our customer to pay the freight.

Q: What is the minimum quantity per order?
A: 1 kg. For regular standard medical and aerospace materials, based on our production capacity of 20 tons per month for titanium wire and rods. the stock inventory could meet all your requirements.

Q: What products can you offer?
A:  We specialize in the production of pure titanium, titanium alloy, titanium rods, wires, discs, nitinol alloy, etc.,

Q: What's the payment term?
A: When we quote for you, we will confirm the way of transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.

For mass-production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against a copy of documents. The common way is by T/T.  L/C is also acceptable.

Q:  What applications do your products relate to?
A:  Our titanium and nitinol alloys are widely used in medicine, aerospace, and other industries.

Q:  How can we get your price?
A:  We need the below information to quote for you:
1). Product Name
2). Standard
3). Material Grade (Chemical Composition)
4). Dimension
5). Quantity

Q:  Can you do customized products?
A: Yes, we support customized products according to the customers' drawings or samples.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of your goods?
A: We ensure quality by inspecting every process and using advanced testing equipment to conduct comprehensive checks, ensuring finished products meet customer and international standards.

Q: How do you deliver the goods to us?
A: We will usually ship the goods by sea and air according to your requirements.
