The Titanium Alloy Discs (150×140mm, 205×145mm,250×155mm) from Bokang Titanium are engineered from Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 and GR23 in a large format specifically designed for full-arch implant bridges, complex multi-unit frameworks, and large-scale restorations. With high tensile strength and 140×150mm diameter - significantly larger than standard 98mm discs - these discs enable one-piece fabrication of extensive frameworks without splicing or welding.
 
Available in 8 thickness options (10-25mm), these large-format discs provide optimal versatility for all full-arch and complex titanium prosthetic needs.
