Titanium Wire Description:
Our Titanium Wire is specially designed and manufactured for titanium welding wire production and other high-performance fabrication applications. Produced in full compliance with ASTM B863 standards, this wire offers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and stability, making it ideal for welding titanium and titanium alloy components used in aerospace, chemical, medical, and marine industries.
Made from high-grade raw titanium sponge, the wire is precisely melted, drawn, and annealed under controlled conditions to ensure consistent mechanical properties and a smooth, bright surface. With excellent weldability and high purity, it can be used as feedstock for TIG and MIG welding wire, or further processed into fine titanium coil wire and filler wire.
Our titanium alloy wire ensures excellent arc stability, minimal spatter, and clean welds with strong bonding performance. It is resistant to oxidation and corrosion in both air and seawater environments, providing long-term durability and reliability for welding applications.
Available in diameters from 1.0mm to 7.0mm, the wire can be supplied in coils or straight rods according to customer requirements. Custom grades such as Gr1, Gr2, Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V), and Gr7 are available upon request to meet various industrial standards and applications.
With CE, Rohs, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management certifications, our titanium alloy wire guarantees stable performance and superior purity, making it the perfect raw material for producing high-quality titanium welding wire.
